Who is a Lablaban?
A lablaban is someone who talks and talks. Like my grandaughter Roxanne is a lablaban. Since she was little she was a lablaban. Talking and talking and talking. She swallowed a radio. But I love her.

Sollie's daughter Roxanne is very sweet.
Today I saw Roxanne, Sollie's daughter, she told me she's my friend on bookface and she reads this blog! I told her I'm so happy to have a friend like you. She's so sweet this Roxanne, sollie's daughter Roxanne.
Stacy and his friend were here.
I spent time with Stacy and his friend, I had a wonderful time with them. He's very nice, very easy, and I made supper for them, I went to Miami Beach with them one night, Miami South Beach. And we walked that street of the restaurants, the waitresses they stand at the door and they try to attract you. We had dinner and they had pasta and i had piece of fish. i like the fresh air. and after dinner we went to have something sweet. We had sherbet, it was something sweet. We had pistachio flavor and chocolate.
The club next door.

Right next door there is like a club, it's called the Ocean Manor, it's a public club. They have music and drinking, it's very nice. Lisa is going tonight with Jon, they want to go. It's outside, they have you know, outdoor, a shack, it's a nice place. They serve drinks and we can spend all day, and the pool is better than mine, what we have at my place. You can sit on the long chairs on the beach. I have some people there from our community, they're staying there for a while.
In the old days, the 60s and the 70s, we used to go, with Grandpa, and Haim, we'd stay there. And they would play the backgammon, laughing and joking and sitting in their bathing suits, everyone would go to the Ocean Manor. And they would bid on the backgammon, and drink, more and more money.
It's been a long time.
It's been a while since I did my blog, it's because I'm in Florida, and I don't get the chance to work on the computer. But I'm having so much fun, really. I'm having a good time, I'm having a good company with Lisa and Jon and we went to see Haim, and we're going to watch the wedding movie, really we're having a good time. The weather is nice. Nice place and nice weather. Sollie is here with his three children, he came yesterday. They're having fun in the ocean, the weather is very mild, people are going to the pool, to the beach. Beautiful.

They have Chabad here
Here they have Chabad. We were there at their synagogue across from us. We went one block. I said, "can I have a Jewish calendar?" He said "sure, yes. Tomorrow night we're having a hanukkah party are you coming?" I said "yes, of course." So we went and there was food, they have so much money, don't ask. You know who supports them? a lot of Iraqi people, they give them money.
I saw the rabbi from there yesterday and he was praying and praying. Vera said, "look at them, this is what they do, they pray and pray."

Florida
So now I'm in Florida, I'm staying in the same place as last year, this time one bedroom, last year it was two bedrooms. Stacy is going to come with his friend, Andre. First he's going to Miaimi, I don't know where, he's staying in a hotel. Then he's coming to me. We have a pull out bed and a cot so they can both stay.
When we got to the apartment there was everything, a small refrigerator, and everything you want, but no phone. So Vera had the idea to buy a phone. So we went to Wallgreen and we got a phone. You know how much we paid? You'll never guess, it was so cheap. I told Carlie and he whistled, "whooooooo."
And Vera is eating is eating so much, she eats and she eats lots of fish. You know what kind of fish? Hallapie. Or tillapie. Something like that. It's a white fish, and thin. And she eats potato, and salad. She's eating all the time.
